Join us for a day of sunshine and restoration work at the J.H. Fullard Nature Reserve in Elgin! We're looking for volunteers to help us plant a vibrant pollinator garden to support the Monarch butterfly and other important pollinators.

Thanks to support from the Invasive Species Centre and Ontario’s Ministry of Natural Resources, we have successfully removed the invasive Dog-strangling Vine from this area! We are now embarking on the exciting journey of restoring the habitat with native plants that will create a thriving habitat for our pollinator friends.

Date: Friday, September 27th, 2024

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Location: JH Fullard Nature Reserve, Elgin, ON

RSVP: info@rwlt.org

No gardening experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm, gardening gloves, sturdy shoes, and a spade if you have one. We'll provide the plants, tools, and refreshments!

Let's work together to combat the invasive Dog-strangling Vine and create a thriving habitat for our pollinator friends. See you there! Don't forget to RSVP by September 24th, 2024!
